Miracle Mallet item
Miracle Mallet is an active item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Rerolls all items in the current room into random items with quality 4 from the current room's item pool. If the item pool is empty, rerolls the item into Brimstone.
+3 Broken Hearts for each item rerolled.
Turns pickups into their bigger version:
• Bomb → 
Giga Bomb
• Locked Chest → 
Mega Chest
• Pill → Horse Pill
• Lil' Battery → 
Mega Battery
• Micro Battery → Mega Battery
